The excitement and enjoyment of events, especially weddings, are all too often dulled by overt discrimination or failure of vendors to address the needs of their LGBTQIA+ clients.
WECo members are dedicated to providing vibrant, inclusive, and affirming services every customer deserves.
WECo provides industry-leading education and inspirational networking events to wedding & special events professionals, vendors & suppliers with the goal to advance diversity, equity & inclusion standards of the wedding and events planning industry for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and allied businesses, organizations, individuals and consumers.
Membership
Every Wedding and Events Coalition member receives the rainbow of benefits that comes with a Mid-America LGBT Chamber of of Commerce membership, but on top of all of those perks WECo members and their employees receive industry leading educational opportunities and inspirational networking opportunities to ensure they are prepared to better help LGBTQ+ people realize the weddings events of their dreams.
