The C. Stephen Metzler Program exists to promote and expedite the development of aspiring LGBT leaders and professionals within the LGBT and greater Kansas City community through one-on-one and group mentoring with local business and community leaders.
Metzler mentees will be paired with one of our mentors and get access to unique personal and professional development opportunities. Specifically, we will help you focus on Personal Identity and Authenticity, Professional Development, and Community Engagement.
Metzler mentors are successful business leaders who are looking to be give their time, support, and guidance to young professionals in our community.
