Congratulations to Mid-America LGBT Chamber member Calibration Physical Therapy KC! The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) Certification Committee has officially approved their application for Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (Certified LGBTBE®) certification through the NGLCC Supplier Diversity Initiative.
Traci Smiley founded Calibration PT in November 2023 with the goal of providing expert orthopedic physical therapy in a welcoming and affirming space.
"As a passionate healthcare provider, I help people recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain strength so they can move through life with confidence," said Smiley. "Receiving LGBTBE certification was an exciting milestone for me because I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where LGBTQIA+ individuals feel seen, respected, and cared for while getting the treatment they need. My mission is to ensure everyone who walks through my door knows they belong."
