About the Survey
This survey is on behalf of the Mid America LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) Chamber of Commerce and is for anyone who resides in Kansas or Missouri and is inclusive of all identities, including LGBTQ and straight allies.
All voices are important and valuable in helping the LGBT chamber become a better community resource. This survey focuses on your personal opinions, experiences and perspectives of LGBT services in general in KC and specifically with the chamber. We appreciate your honest input. This survey will take approximately 20 minutes.
For those who complete the entire survey, we're offering the chance to win a $100 Visa Gift Card. To qualify, you will need to provide your name and email at the end of the survey, though your information will not be linked to your answers and all identifying information is strictly confidential.
